I installed garuda mokka recently and my whole system runs in English except for the date and time on the top right corner of the screen (it shows up in my local language).

Probably because you selected a different time zone during the installation or changed it in the wrong place in the KDE System Settings afterwards. If so, then take a look here:

Looks like you have changed the time in the KDE settings under “Region & Language” (then this issue occurs). If so, then undo this and set Dhaka under “Date & Time” → “Time Zone” tab. Then it should work without issues: [vm_Dhaka]
