How to change Icon themes back, after they have been changed

So basicly i installed a default plasma instance on my machine next to garuda since i like to have an alternative lying around. Problem now, For some reason plasma changed up all icons, like for example in filemanger or smth. How do i change it back/what do i have to delete further. Already -Rns 's all of the Kde stuff thinking that would fix it.

Sorry chief thats not, my install here is 1 day old. It really was just plasma changing the icons. nothing else has happend

Try to reset all settings to default with Garuda Assistant.
If not enough, you could create a new user, which should take default config.
