I want my Firefox all data to backup from windows and restore to garuda linux, how to do it?
For windows to Windows just have to copy paste profiles folder, but what i have to do in this case?!
Note: I want to keep history, cookies, everything.
You should be able to do the same. I did it to copy my bookmarks and passwords over.

But will it let me transfer my log in accounts on various website?
Type about:support in firefox click on the open profile button. go up one folder an copy it dont change its name or anything an drop it in .firefox on linux you can use firefox -p(in terminal - will open a gui) on linux to pick it if it doesn’t auto set.
You can export your logins/passwords to file on your Firefox Windows install. Then on your Firefox Garuda install, import the data from the backup file you created in Windows.
