How to achieve the same look of Konsole as in Dr460nized?

Hi, I would love if Konsole on my Arch system looked as great as in Dr460nized Kde. Can you help me what I need to do so my Konsole look the same?

Oh so you an Arch user, not Garuda.

We don't support other distros.

You must be running Garuda, installed by the official Garuda installation method to post on our forum.
