How do you make beautyline icons, using gimp or blender?

I just wanted to create some for those apps not having the icons

Create a .svg file and create a merge request.

(And don't forget to save with correct filename. )

Many apps may just need a symlink for already existing icon. Before creating a new one check if already an icon suites the app and symlink with proper filename.

What should I use gimp or blender? I am learning them from scratch

Gimp is for 2D raster art. Blender is commonly use for 3d Art. So, whatever suits you?

There are a lot of other options too, but I would suggest GIMP or Krita to begin with.

Just keep the same name as desktop app name. See usr/share/applications
