i want to change my operating system from garuda to endeavour. I've burnt the iso in my usb but i dont know what to do next

Typically you just reboot to the installation media you have created and launch the installer.
If you are having problems with this, you should ask for help in the EndeavorOS forum, since they will be more familiar with the installation process for their OS.
