How can I change the pacman mirror?

I want to change the mirror pacman uses to one closer to me (I live in germany) because the download speed is very bad but I don't know how to do it.

Open Garuda Assistant and hit the button.

I also use the app 'Reflector' because it gives you options to search in your country.

So does the button in Garuda Assistant. It is just a GUI front-end for reflector.

I don’t see any button or country option. When I click ‘Refresh Repositories’ in Garuda Assistant, the window disappears and then reappears, but nothing happens or pops up. Is this normal?

No, it is a bug. I fixed it a couple of hours ago in the development branch. I didn’t realize it was also in production.
