Hi. I have a problem like him on ubuntu and arco linux too.
In ubuntu when I restart ( from ubuntu or windows ) boot on ubuntu , I see that my wifi can't find any modem or network and wifi adaptor but when I unplug and replug the wifi adaptor it works.
And I should say that I don't see this problem when I shutdown my system and then boot to ubuntu ( just in restart I see)
my wifi adaptor is : rt2870/rt3070 realtek corp. ( ubuntu shows this)
have you driver for this wifi adaptor for garuda linux or ubuntu?
I want to install garuda linux.
That is a ralink adapter, not realtek.

My advice would be to buy a better USB Wifi adapter.
