Headphone and SOUND ISSUE

im facing a audio problem my sound output is imbalanced only WHEN CONNECTED TO HEADPHONES WIRED OR WIRELESS BOTH

What have you tried so far?
Audio settings? External applications like pavucontrol? Etc...

ive tried balancing the audio tried working with replacing pipewire with pulseaudio (since pulseaudio did not connect to bluetooth ) reinstalled it back again dint work

plus : the thing only messes with the headphones or bluetooth devices of imbalanced sound , without any headphones and bluetooth devices the output ( speakers of laptop ) tht goes fine

additional information : when i test the audio with jamesDSP , the front right and front left is heard by only the left earphone and not right
