Hazy text in Kmail

The text/font in Kmail emails is extremely hazy and fuzzy!
It only appears to be in the email itself. The Kmail app font looks fine.
Fix?

Maybe a KDE Bug. You could try this.

Thanks for that!
I also noticed it in Akregator.

It appears to be a Wayland issue. I logged into an x-11 session and both are fine.

Window borders are huge - but text is readable! :joy:
Text in Cantata is small however. Strange! Perhaps it is a qt6 thing? Cantata themed perfectly in Kubuntu (qt5).

Nothing to thank. I’m glad that the link has helped you.

I think you may be right. Cantata, for example, is an AUR pkg. There are several but the “default” is still a Qt5 pkg. For the Qt6 version, maybe try this?

Here is a short term workaround and a permanent solution in the following post:

Oh awesome! Thanks for finding that!
Do you know how to install this by chance?

This does not work:

in repo: cantata-qt6 on  master took 61ms
╰─λ paru Ui
error: Too many package results.

Nor this below, noting that I had cmake installed then also tried cmake-git.

n repo: cantata-qt6 on  master [?] as :mage: took 13s

UPDATE:

After deleting /home/anarcho/.local/bin/cmake
I could then build Cantata.

I have no idea on how to launch it though!!
