I also have had the KDE FONTOP issue and have just been letting it go but after the last big update this week, when I reboot:
BIOS splash screen takes longer to move to Garuda Boot Options
After the loading of the RAMDRIVE screen, it sticks on the KDE FONTOP ERROR, which I'll fix, and I have to reboot and pick a Snapsht to get booted.
Also, my Keyboard and Mouse are not available, even though the backlights are on for 60 Seconds.

I ran a log of Journal Errors that may be help

Which fixed it, removing Splash - whatever that means, or switching to the Mainline Kernel?

And by removing splash, I assume that's where it appear here in GRUB:

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet quiet splash rd.udev.log_priority=3 vt.global_cursor_default=0 loglevel=3"

Yes, and regenerate the Grub configuration afterward by running sudo update-grub.

Switching kernels is a good suggestion, although choosing the mainline kernel might not be where I would start because it is a development release. Try the LTS kernel, which is more stable:

sudo pacman -S linux-lts linux-lts-headers

If you have rolled back to a snapshot, bring your system fully up to date with garuda-update before installing the new kernel.

Select the new kernel from the advanced boot options in the Grub menu.

The thing is, I installed the mainline (Thanks for the heads up, I'll do the LTS) but it never showed up in advanced options, only the Zen kernels.

I'll try the splash and the LTS kernel

Same thing, no other kernels show up in advance options

Check in terminal mhwd-kernel -li

mhwd-kernel -li
Currently running: 6.4.0-AMD-znver3 (linux-amd-znver3)
The following kernels are installed in your system:
local/linux-amd-znver3 6.4.v.0-1
mhwd-kernel -li
Currently running: 6.4.1-zen1-1-zen (linux-zen)
The following kernels are installed in your system:
local/linux-lts 6.1.37-1
local/linux 6.4.1.arch1-1
local/linux-zen 6.4.1.zen1-1

In terminal

sudo update-grub

Just did that, same as the screeshot. Only the Zen kernels showing

Oh, duh!! lol

I'm not smart!

Chose garuda-linux LTS Kernel.
Cross your fingers!

This is how I have everything set but when I reboot it comes up as Garuda Linux and not with the LTS kernel

Apply <--- !!!

I did, it showed that it saved and updated GRUB

I don't understand why that boot option isn't sticking. Maybe I'll back everything up and do a little Distro hopping for a bit. I've been running Garuda as my DD for over a year and I really don't want to go through setting up new installs

Remove the tick from 'Enable saving last boot choice'

Did that. I don't get why the LTS kernel will not show up in Advanced Boot Options. I have it installed, I select it. apply, I see that it's updating GRUB, reboot and the only kernels available is Zen and the boot option is back to Garuda-Linux

Is it having trouble building the initramfs for some reason?

Please reinstall, and paste the full input/output into the thread:

sudo pacman -S linux-lts linux-lts-headers
