Welcome
You can disable fast and secure boot, M$ works fine, you need it only on fresh installation for M$.
Post always garuda-inxi on help requests, if needed use live ISO.
Go into BIOS, edit fast and secure boot and change boot order to garuda.

I’m also dual booting with Windows 11 removing secure boot. TPM 2.0 is required, and this often created confusion in the past.

I thought this handy information should be included in the Garuda doc/wiki to make it easier for folks to find and setup Secure Boot. Arch Linux which Garuda is based on, supports Secure Boot, but is disabled by default and is installed with shim (generic) certificates.
