Hello everyone! :wave:

I’m Conor, also known as wemic (with various spellings) online, and I’m your neighbor from the EOS forums! ^^

I’ve decided to revive my old-ish gaming PC recently, and almost went through the trouble of manually configuring EOS - but then I found out about Garuda over on /r/linuxgaming and that’s that!

Practically seamless install, even though I was dual-booting it with a NixOS install. Had a small snag with the KDE renderer default setting, but I found the solution in another topic here - so all was well!

Excellent distro, thank you for your hard work! I’m glad to become a part of this community! <3

PS: I usually subscribe to a weekly email digest on forums, but I can’t seem to find that setting on here. Is it perhaps not avaliable in this forum?

Check in Preferences/Email/Activity Summary to enable that feature.
