GreenWithEnvy or gwe doesn’t support Wayland. It gives the ERROR: NV-CONTROL missing! error and doesn’t start unless you switch to KDE.

If you have any thoughts on this subject I would love to hear them, but after my research I’ve just switched to X11 where everything works completely fine. I think that it would be very important to have the disclaimer when you try to install gwe, in my case it came pre-installed and never worked at all.

You can use Lact (in garuda rani) for wayland it works for both amd and nvidia. but yeah greenwithenvy will most likely die with x11 in 2035 since nvida wont make Gui wayland tooling.
