Iâm not sure where youâre getting the idea youâre using anything Intel here, because youâre not. AMD CPU, AMD Vega GPU built-in to the CPU.
Iâm using an AMD RX 6700 XT with my desktop, and GDM is working in Wayland, but I donât use Wayland actual for my session. Xorg is what I use still due to compatability with things I use still doesnât work with Wayand yet. That said though, I tested it with Wayland and it works fine on amd and intel GPUs.
A log of gdm might be useful to help figure out whatâs going on if itâs not working.
The new gnome 43.1 update has fixed the issue for me too!
