Getting update info that I believe shgould be hidden

I noticed last night and this morning that when I run update for garuda-update I get what looks to be all the text that should be hidden during the update. Am I correct on this assumption and if so how would I go about making it hidden again? Thanks

What do you believe should be hidden?

Most that text is coming from a hook showing you the contents of you pacnew files.

OK so I just need to do my compares and merges if needed then remove the pacnew files, right? I just found it odd cause I've had 4 or more pacnew files in past installs and never saw all that text. Side note from what I can tell everything is working as it should.

Yes. Looks like it.
