there is another option too but i forgot the right comand to much in the head with stuff but i will find them if this not work

Remove gnome-shell-performance and, if installed, mutter-dynamic-buffering (both packages require libmutter-15.so=0-64).
After that you can update mutter (provides libmutter-16.so=0-64), and if you need it, install gnome-shell.
