Garuda specific question, about .pacnew and pacman.conf

I am just getting around merging the new and old pacman.conf files. I have been following the main post on this (here) and most of my questions were answered their and the Arch Wiki.

I see a line in my current pacman.conf, HoldPkg = pacman glibc garuda-system

The same line in .pacnew does not include garuda-system. My assumption is that this (garuda-system) should remain in the updated pacman.conf, can someone confirm?

You can remove garuda-system
As we didn't create such package
