Garuda Rani is not running

Hello. I have problem. Garuda Rani is just not running. If i try to open it using KDE - nothing. If i try to open it using console - nothing too… no any errors in logs. What i can do? I’ve used Arch-like distros before, but decided to try something more user-friendly. I use Mokka edition now.

The output from terminal of your garuda-inxi as required by the template is missing in your post!

Strange that there should be no feedback in the terminal either.
RANI is work in progress and you could try the git version instead.
sudo pacman -S garuda-rani-git

We had a similar case recently, but before we could find the cause, the OP had unfortunately reinstalled “Garuda Linux”:

If you have the same issue with garuda-rani-git, that might be helpful:

And if course, inxi missing. How are we supposed to troubleshoot this?

Hey, you’re a member of the Garuda team. You have to know everything without this fu*** inxi. So hurry and come up with something.

Whoever finds sarcasm in here can keep it…

I think I found the answer on another post of yours:

So instead of asking users to enter garuda-inxi in the terminal (which users seem to have an inate fear of), we use another alias.

Seems like everybody has no problem inputting anything to do with porn, so we change the alias to furry-porn and pipe the output to termbin. Bingo, Bango, Bongo, everyone and their dog will be posting their specs via the now excessively overused furry-porn command. Hopefully we’ll still be able to keep the forum up and running, as it it could end up being like a DDOS attack getting spammed with so many furry-porn outputs.

Just seems like nobody can resist porn, so the solution to the fear of the garudda-inxi command seems all too obvious.

Hmmm…

Hi,

I’m having the same issue where Garuda Rani will not open via the app icon or terminal. This has happened since installing Garuda Dr460nized Gaming for the first time this week. Any help is much appreciated.

I have this version installed: garuda-rani-git-2.5.1.r0.g397671d-1

Here’s my garuda-inxi output:
