Garuda (or generally Arch) support for fingerprint readers and face unlock?

Hello.
Recently I bought a laptop, that has both fingerprint reader and hybrid IR camera for face unlock. I am planning to switch to Garuda, but am not completly sure if features like that are at all supported in Linux.
Can somebody confirm or deny it?
