This is just a bit of accessibility feedback. I know Garuda is all in on dark mode and it does look good but unfortunately if you have astigmatism (like myself) it's not a matter of aesthetics, dark mode is torture. White text on a black background causes halation and near instant eye strain and pain. Here is an example of what dark mode looks like to me,
I know it's linux and you can just install another theme but there really should be a built in light mode out of the box.
dude wants a custom distro to save him three mouse clicks....some people are so entitled....personally i think garuda is the best end user linux ive seen. my only gripe is i think pamac should replace octopi and the servers list should be speed rated on first update and reflector should have longer time out and a few retries. im on a metered connection connected to my cell phone and it often fails updates on my cell network, i dont blame garuda att is flaky as hell. but im sure there are people in the world that have worse connection than my at and t 4g
You take the Dark theme and you wake up screaming in your bed seeing the world as if wearing 3D glasses. You take the light theme, and for you, everything is right as rain.
