Garuda Login taking too long, around 1 or 2 minutes. And unable to launch Garuda settings manager

Whenever I login to Garuda the screen freezes and the cursor turns to ×, and then comes the black screen and it takes some time to load the desktop even though it is default (not customized)

I mean the login and loading of desktop is taking its sweet time which is around 1 minute.
Is it like that only or is it taking too long for me.

And also unable to launch Garuda settings manager, it’s icon is loading and going away.

All things are up to date as of time I posted this.

My specs RYZEN 7 7745HX, 32 GB DDR5 RAM, 2×1TB GEN4 SSD(SN770), RTX 4060
