Yeah i was using sudo in the command thinking it will need the permission. It ran all the way through now I have different error

Are you sure you don't see any snapshots to try and restore? Either in the Grub or maybe booting from the live USB (there should be timeshift installed there and you could try).

Timeshift autosnap can also be disabled via its configuration file.
