Garuda Linux wont boot | Failed to start Daily man-db regeneration and Failed to start pacman files database update

Hello, as described in the Title when I try to boot Garuda Linux I only get the two messages:

Failed to start Daily man-db regeneration
Failed to start pacman files database update

I tryed to boot using the fallback kernel which caused the same Problem.
Then I tryed to boot from different Snapshots wich different kernels but none worked and I got the same problem.

Try booting from a live USB and chrooting into your installed system.
Then, for the "Failed to start Daily man-db regeneration" problem I think you could enter mandb.

Not sure what could be done for the other problem.
