Please help me again 
because when I reinstall it become 3.7 GiB To 3.6 gib why . And why it become 4gb ram to 3.7 GiB after reinstall 3.6GiB 
. And I have a question from my previous post it I can't install anything in my HDD so I shrink this volume so shrinked volume can install tool please tell I want to learn Linux and this is so awesome and I was also thinking to dual bot Kali Linux and windows kali for ethical hacking and pentration testing

Well there are minimum requirements in place for a reason. Your device might be reserving RAM to use for its integrated GPU. Since you left 0 information about your system this is a blind guess though 
If you want to learn: start reading documentation and wiki, without this its not going to work
