I assume you are asking about this for a game?
If you use Proton-GE 10-10
or newer, it has support for it without doing added game launch options in Steam. ( Release GE-Proton10-10 Released · GloriousEggroll/proton-ge-custom · GitHub )
New versions of kernels including linux-zen
and linux-cachyos
support it.
(6.14 or newer kernels, see filo’s above post for the Arch Linux wiki link on how to enable on kernels that have this disabled by default.)
