Hi, After selecting boot allowing proprietary drivers (Nvdia), all I see is black screen for minutes, nothing is loading or starting. I downloaded the Dr460nized Gaming edition from the original website, mounted with Rufus to a 64 GB usb drive, and the boot doesent works.
Welcome and use Ventoy for the USB and grub2 when asked on booting

Did you verify the checksum of the ISO after downloading it?
Did you safely remove the USB stick after creating it to ensure that the writing process was complete?
Have you tried booting the live environment with the open source drivers?
Are your BIOS settings correct (UEFI only mode, Secure Boot and Fast boot off, AHCI on)?
If that doesn’t help, try ventoy
with the Grub2 option (as @cybertheworm already suggested).
