Sometimes there are things to be done by the system before the PC is switched off. Can take 2 - 6 minutes, but this seems to be longer 
If the PC is then disconnected from the power supply, a defective system may occur.
The best thing is to restore a snapshot from 5 days ago.

I didn’t have your “errors” so far and reasons for this can be various, think about when everything was running and if you could have been the cause yourself. If not, good, check if the same problems occur after a new update. Then post which files were updated.
