I just installed Garuda KDE Dr460nized on my laptop (Core i3 5th gen, 12GB RAM, 1TB HDD)
RAM usage is always less than 5GBs but CPU usage goes frequently above 80%
Is it happening with me only? How can I configure Garuda to consume more memory rather than processor.
Any help is appreciated.
Please provide your garuda-inxi as requested in the template.
Furthermore, "always" and "frequently" do not help much here.
You could e.g, check with HTOP, and provide here, which applications are taking so much CPU.

I would be happy if my CPU used 80%.
It is useless if I have a strong CPU and the programs do not use it.
I guess Baloo or similar after a fresh installation.

you should check if you enable performance mode..... or install autocpufreq from garuda assistent
