sudo pacman -Syu … System camera starts then stops… In nix it sometimes works sometimes not…

The first thing I would try is a different kernel.
First linux-lts going “back”, then linux-mainline “onwards”.
Then check the logs at the time the issue occurs.
Maybe you could try logging to x11 instead of Wayland, but I doubt this will help.

Loggin-n but setting Gnome_on_xorg before Pass-word entered system into working condition with specs of camera working again so x11 did the trick… Thanks
