Post the output of garuda-inxi
with '~~~' above and below it, like the posting template said. It is how we avoid having to ask a ton of questions about your system when trying to diagnose your issue.
Welcome
The easy way is to install Garuda with free drivers, then replace them with Nvidia drivers.
This is often found here in the forum.
You can also use the live ISO for garuda-inxi.
hi....sorry for late reply
i downloaded the nvidia driver offline package then did something hacking like i gues it was sudo install or something that turned it into a runnable program into specified folder then i tried installing but.....can it be that easy...i ran it and it asked for diabling novue driver adn then as usual i asked gpt and it gave me command that actually disabled it but then as i said its not easy.....i ran it and it wont boot as gnome failed to load so i decided to download it from the cli interface uk garuda recovery i guess it was anyways....

THE MAIN QUESTION ....
how do i run a file or that specific file from terminal???? its the last thing i need to do so please help!!
You need to be more specific. What type and maybe name of file? And possibly the step executed before, to have a full context.
Anyway, although not being a Nvidia user, I've always seen experienced people discouraging the installation of Nvidia drivers from site, even the official site.
To install NVIDIA drivers from the terminal command line you could try a:
sudo mhwd -a pci nonfree 0300
