I assume you mean Discover. As the error suggests, Garuda is a distro that doesn’t ship with it as it already has its preferred ways of getting packages:

^This. Be sure to check our wiki first as we already have preferred ways of updating and getting packages. I’ve tried using discover recently and opening it for the first time said something like “Discover is not configured to be used for Garuda Linux”. Basically huge warning sign there to not use it for normal packages. If it isn’t configured by the Linux distro, it most likely doesn’t want you using it .
