I tried to install the latest 240829 Cinnamon snapshot.
The installation wizard window opens for a moment and then closes. 
SHA1 checksum matches! I can’t show Garuda-inxi output because I’m on another machine.
Full Intel machine, CPU: I5-8600, IGP, 8 GB RAM
(On the same machine, an older installation of Garuda runs flawlessly!)
This is why only the 240428 ISO is listed in the downloads page; they are tested to work. In development/testing builds might not work.

By the way: The garuda-inxi edition is also available in the live ISO

I downloaded it from: https://iso.builds.garudalinux.org/iso/garuda/
Kayo is right, the more recent testing ISOs have some known issues and will not work on some machines. Unless you want to troubleshoot the ISO to help solve the issues, you should just use the regular ISO from the downloads page.
