Garuda Cinnamon error on first boot system update

For some reason, whenever I try to update my system via the setup assistant, after starting the full system upgrade, it attempts to replace
mhwd-db-garuda-git with garuda/mhwd-db-garuda
and
sweet-kde-theme-git with chaotic-aur/plasma5-themes-sweet-kde-git
which then leads to the error
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
after trying to resolve the dependencies

wondering how to resolve this so I may update my system

here’s my inxi:

the setup assistant automatically does that, causing the error

Remove the first with -Rdd and then install the second, then use upd.

im using the garuda assistant, is there a command for me to just do this update manually?

update (actually, a symlink to garuda-update, they’re the same thing).

sudo pacman -Rdd sweet-theme-full-git
sudo pacman -S plasma5-themes-sweet-full-git
sudo garuda-update

garuda-update will ask your password anyways, you don’t really need the sudo there.

Hint, check in terminal, IDK since we put upd alias in all DE’s

alias | grep upd
alias upd /usr/bin/garuda-update
