Frozen / unmoveable window with telegram-desktop

Hello,

I'm using Telegram-Desktop 4.8.1-2 from the official repositories and Gardua Gnome. Any time that I move the window of Telegram, resize, snap it, etc. that application freezes, and I cannot even click other applications which are not Telegram. Everything in other GNOME windows becomes unclickable. Interestingly, I can still access Dash2Panel and I'm able to kill Telegram this was, and then everything in GNOME returns to normal. I've tried updating all packages, but this didn't help.

I could not find any incidence of similar issues in the Telegram forums.

I have not tried with various kernels.. I can't imagine kernels affect a specific app's window? But I'll give it a try.

I've now tried with zen kernel 6.3.2, linux-lts 6.1.29, and linux-mainline 6.4-rc2.

None have an effect. This is clearly a Gnome+application issue, not a kernel issue.
