Font issue terminal emoji not working anymore

Hello
I just get an issue with my terminal and my fonts. I don’t know why this is not working anymore.
I’ve also an issue with the «éèà»

I try to

  • regenerate the fonts with fc-cache -f -v
  • Checked the fonts
  • regenerate fr_FR local
