FIXED Pamac (Add/Remove Software) does not launch
An update on this: the long awaited update (pamac-aur-10.1.3-1) has been pushed which means Add/Remove Software will work as expected after doing a
sudo pacman -Syu
sudo pacman -R libalpm12
on your system. 
There will be a prompt regarding replacing archlinux-appstream-data with archlinux-appstream-data-pamac which you have to press "y" to - this fixes the "Browse" tab which doesnt show items without this one.
Also make sure to uninstall libalpm12 in case you installed it to temporarily workaround the issue, it's no longer needed!
