Fix dual boot hour

I'm using Garuda in dual boot with Windows 10, and every time I switch to Windows the hour is 3 hours ahead in Windows. How do I fix this?

Windows has always been ahead of its time, but now only three hours.
It's going downhill with M$

I like how advanced they are. Like imagine opening settings and going through 27 sub menus to finally hide that icon from taskbar. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: revolutionary tech

This command does not work.

Try using UTC in linux and your local timezone in windows.

Read and adjust as you prefer. It is suggested to configure Windows time to UTC.
