Fish auto-complete is having trouble

You don't need to wait a week or two for help. The normal procedure if you haven't received any assistance after waiting several days is to post an update (not an empty bump).

On this update you list all new troubleshooting steps you have taken, including all terminal outputs of commands you've run. Also include links to any pertinent information you have found online.

There's a fine line between letting your post go dormant, and continually spamming a thread. I have noticed you have a bad habit of posting numerous consecutive comments one after another. This forum is not chat, consolidate your posts if you have something to add by editing your post and add your new comment to the first

If you wish to respond to different users in the same post you can do this by using the forums quote feature. You do not need to respond to each user individually, you can respond to multiple users on a single post by quoting.

Follow these tips to conform to the way we expect users to conduct themselves on our forum and you will not likely receive further static from myself or other moderators.

Thank you for you cooperation.

in context to locales

Final Update !
It was a problem in Garuda settings manager, locales menu. On changing the locale from en us to en in, problems were seen in terminal. localectl, locale-gen, locale -a showed that not all types locales were converted. Some necessary locales like c I guess we're not configured to any locale and left blank. This led to the issue. 2 to 3 users on slackware forum were kind enough to help me instantly. They asked me output of some locale related commands and told me to reinstall fish and glibc.
So the solution that worked was

sudo pacman -Syu glibc fish fish-autopair garuda-fish-config

After installing, in the post install part, I saw it regenerated the locales and configured them flawlessly. After a reboot, now things are fine. All issues are gone. Thanks.
