What command are you trying to run?

What you've written there doesn't make much sense...

Read down.

I think you should log here a new issue that this old one has come back?

Or simply remove that budspencer theme...

How to remove it?

I have no idea, it is not in the Arch repo nor in the AUR.
How did you install it?
The github is poor of such information in my opinion, just like it was poor in describing how that bug was fixed.
I see it simply consists in 5 .fish files.
You could try to search and remove them...

Well, I will try to search to remove it

Please do not post pictures of command outputs or error messages.

Please edit your opening post to remove the pic and add the proper textual output.

Pictures instead of text on technical help threads are totally inappropriate. Pics are often hard to read, and impossible to copy the into an internet search engine to find answers to your issue. Pictures also waste bandwidth and storage space on the forums servers unnecessarily. All outputs should be posted on the forum as text, (unless there is absolutely no other way of capturing the text). In almost all cases, logs or terminal outputs can be uploaded as text and a picture is unwarranted. Posting your outputs properly will make it it far easier to get your technical issue resolved.

Please post all logs and terminal outputs using proper formatting on the forum. Please use three of these symbols ~ before and after any code that you post. This ensures that the output is formatted correctly in a proper human readable code block on the forum.

Example:

I see you entered a comment in the issue linked in my first post, but that one is closed, so probably no one will look at it.
I think you'd better open a new issue there.
So, I assume you haven't found those files.
If so, please give a look into your ~/.config/fish/config.fish and see if you find there the 5 lines mentioned here below or any reference to oh-my-fish and budspencer, and, if so, remove them.

There’s probably another workable way.
Here is a link to another user who installed and uninstalled oh-my-fish, the framework of those (messy) themes.
There is a command to remove everything, or going to the reported link, instructions to install and remove the single themes, which you might consider. Otherwise if you uninstall the framework maybe might have something remaining from the themes…

In addition to that, as suggested in the other thread, why don’t you simply try resetting the Fish config with the relevant flag in the Garuda Assistant?

the problem is here

## Starship prompt
if status --is-interactive
   source ("/usr/bin/starship" init fish --print-full-init | psub)
end

and here's the solution once comment these lines (in ~/.config/fish/config.fish) the fish works fine

## Starship prompt
# if status --is-interactive
# source ("/usr/bin/starship" init fish --print-full-init | psub)
# end

then you can remove the theme or remove oh my fish

Why you post again pictures?

Correct solutions look different.

Comment out with # in /.config/fish/config.fish

## Starship prompt
# if status --is-interactive
# source ("/usr/bin/starship" init fish --print-full-init | psub)
# end

Done. No pictures needed.

User who need help, do not know where to do this because you don’t specify a filename, let alone the path.

In my opinion, the real message through the lines is that this budspencer, more than a theme, is a shell prompt, so it is in kind of contrast with starship.
This is another piece of information which was missing in that GitHub...

OT
Before this gets automatically closed, let me unveil why I was curious about this theme.
Bud Spencer was one of my favourite actors in my childhood.
