File already exists in filesystem

All issues related to Garuda Linux and its assistance

in installing ANY app this error will be shown
conflicting files:

  • flameshot-git: /usr/share/zsh/site-functions/_flameshot already exists in filesystem (owned by zsh-completions)

Just remove it then update

:: Synchronizing package databases...
error: failed retrieving file 'core.db' from archlinux.mailtunnel.eu : SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired

Amit are you configured mirrors correctly? or not

please sent me steps. last time i am using sudo pacman fix

First open Reflector Simple and choose the server worldwide. and then save it. Because our Indian servers are down currently.

reflector-simple: no mirrors found!

After that you need to remove inbuilt flameshot first from Add/Remove Software and then update your system.

did you choose the server worldwide? and Do not select India.

worldwide and India ? two option choose.

Bro dont choose india just choose worldwide only.

Just uncheck India. In server list.... and choose only worldwide.

ok save it. and update then. and if you still feel any error then read this Mirror list refreshing error (SOLVED)

sudo pacman -Syu --overwrite "*"
