Why don’t have a program which will prepare a file with installed programs. This will make migratio9n to new computer or re-installation etc more easier as it will install all programs.
The MX Linux has similar feature.

You know its already doable as TNE above posted.
But if you want an app. Maybe request it as a feature in RANI for the devs to consider it.

And take a look in aur source…there you will find some packages about this.
To install over paru -S packagename
examples:
pacman-hook-list-installed-packages or pacman-hook-list-systemd-units
