Fan never turns off in garuda hyprland

So I am currently using garuda hyprland with prasanth rangan’s hyprdots.
There isn’t any issue with cpu temperature or anything; it’s just that the fan is always at it’s max speed even though the cpu temp. isn’t even that high.
Also it seems to me that the cpu temp sometimes spikes upto 75C.

Here is the system info:

and at max the avg temp goes upto 75 C.
I have tried everything like thermald, switching to LTS version and all of that but nothing is working.
Hope someone helps.
Thanks in advance.

Ahh… don’t you think it is better to ask the person who’s hyprdots you are using ? :eyes:

We never made and seen that dot , we never contributed on that dotfile , so how can we even solve it ?

You should ask the person who’s hyprdot you are using . :slightly_smiling_face:
because it is no more the same garuda hyprland that we made , we don’t know which kind of changes that dotfile did to your system . :slightly_frowning_face:

One thing I can still advice is that , you should see your BIOS system .
For newer machines nowadays there are options to control fan .

Or use fancontrol

Also now I am using some more tabs and windows the avg temp is spiking upto 80C.
Is this also because of the hyprdots?

Welcome,
the fastfetch log is nice, but we need always the garuda-inxi log, the template asks for, please.
