So I am currently using garuda hyprland with prasanth rangan’s hyprdots.
There isn’t any issue with cpu temperature or anything; it’s just that the fan is always at it’s max speed even though the cpu temp. isn’t even that high.
Also it seems to me that the cpu temp sometimes spikes upto 75C.

I have tried everything like thermald, switching to LTS version and all of that but nothing is working.
