ran todays update and im getting these error msgs

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)

is it the wrong format?

I’m not using those packages but, at a quick glance, they seem two different packages for the same upstream application (maybe one used for wayland).
So, in my opinion, you could go for a

garuda-update -- --overwrite '*'

For sure it is strange that it was not occurring in the past. I see they were both updated on the 21-oct, so the same thing could be notified to the AUR maintainer and fixed soon.
By-the-way, did you put them in IgnorePkg? As I see:
