I am seeing this [failed] massage every time i turn my PC on, is it common?

my wifi is working fine and system is also running smooth I just want to know if their is a way to remove/fix this failed massage

he's trying to tell you that you should make use of the search button. The thread may not be mainly about your issue but could still contain a fix for the error message.
