Boot to the live environment, connect to your network, launch the web browser, and log in to the forum to post the garuda-inxi
. It’s not perfectly accurate since it is not the installed system, but it’s better than nothing.

In the chroot, reinstall your kernel. It may be useful to update the system as well, because it sounds like an update may have been interrupted.
Depending on your kernel, that will look something like this:
garuda-update linux-zen
Type exit
to get out of the chroot, then try booting the kernel you just reinstalled.
