Just use a stable kernel or ask the release candidate kernel developer (or Nvidia), please.

:point_up_2: That's right, there is often no Nvidia support on RC kernels until rc5+ or so. Even then, sometimes the drivers have issues for a few releases. If you are stuck on Nvidia hardware, I would just avoid the RC kernels altogether.
