Failed retrieving file 'chaotic-aur.db' from geo-mirror.chaotic.cx

Hi this is an annoying error when i install something or just update my system with sudo pacman -Syu
My take to the problem
I have a weird solution to this but i thought about taking advice about it.
I removed this mirror that is causing problems and the error message stops but I didn't think as a good solution instead i want to know what is causing this problem

hardikbharti@hardikbharti-optiplex790 ~]$ sudo pacman -Syu
[sudo] password for hardikbharti:

i am not talking about the github i am talking about the chaotic-aur.db problem

It happens from time to time that servers are not online.
The app/data was obtained from another server.

No need to delete the mirror.

one last thing
my swappiness is 133 is that normal?

Yes it is.

No. Just keep it as is. This can happen from time to time for unknown reasons. Just ignore it. geo-mirror will be your fastest mirror usually.
