Every time I restart My Pc I get a black screen and no wallpaper why?

  • Which wallpaper have you manually selected?
  • Which Global Theme (System Settings > Appearance > Global Theme) is selected?

I didn’t change anything

it is on sweetified Plasma

Absolutely weird.

Can you right-click in the black screen and select the Wallpaper option (one of the first if not the first in the contextual menu)?
There you can select a wallpaper.
