Kept receiving the error in topic title when trying to update Chatoic-Aur keys.
Looked through the forum and tried:
sudo pacman -Sy chaotic-keyring
But was unable to complete due to the error above.
Was able to resolve it by following the instructions for "How to use it?" from:
Thought I would share in case anyone else is stuck at the same point.

Glad you managed to solve it yourself, it is another good hint for future readers/searcher, but please be aware that this issue has been entered and solved many times in the forum (even just search for that key).
You should have worked through the possible steps in:
If you're getting an error similar to "Can’t update: signature from *** is marginal trust" or "invalid or corrupted package" you probably just need to update your package signing keys:
sudo pacman -Sy archlinux-keyring chaotic-keyring
sudo pacman -Syu
If you have added any other repositories, e.g. BlackArch, then add their keyring to the list.
Also make sure your system clock is correct!
Of course, it's also possible that the package file actually is corrupt. Remove it from /var/cache/pacman…
